Information To Know Before Booking Your Holiday.
Passport & Other Essential Documents
Before boarding your flight from Australia to Vietnam, you must ensure the following:
Valid Passport - Must have at least 6 months of validity remaining from your date of arrival and a minimum of two blank pages for stamps.
Approved Visa - A printed copy of your e-Visa.
Return or Onward Ticket - Proof of a confirmed flight out of Vietnam within your visa validity period.
Travel Itinerary - Hotel bookings and trip details are frequently requested by immigration officers. (This will be provided by Soul Sister Holidays well before your departure)
Entry Visa Information
Every Australian traveller needs a visa to enter Vietnam. Apply online for the single entry e-Visa before you fly. It costs around AUD 38, and takes about 3 to 7 working days, so apply at least 3 weeks ahead. Your e-Visa arrives by email as a PDF. Print it and keep it with your passport.
Health Entry Form
Vietnam requires every traveller to complete a short health declaration before you arrive. Fill it in within seven days of flying. Once submitted you get a QR code. Save it to your phone and show it at the border.
As this is a new entry requirement beginning on July 1st, the form is yet to be implemented by the Vietnamese Government. We will keep you updated.
Insurance
Travel insurance is a condition of joining a Soul Sister Holidays tour. Your policy must cover your full trip to Vietnam, including medical care, hospital cover, and emergency evacuation back to Australia. We also recommend cover for cancellation, lost luggage, and valuables.
Our Hai Van Pass experience includes an optional ride as a passenger on a motorbike. If you join this ride, your policy must include motorcycle cover. Please confirm this is added before you travel.
Buy your policy as soon as you book, then please send us a copy of your certificate and your emergency assistance number. We will keep it on file for the trip Health Entry Form.

Fill out the booking form below and pay your $500 deposit to secure your spot.

An invoice will be issued for the balance, to be paid 60 days prior to the departure date.
